Meet the Chef

Executive Chef Greg McGowan is an award-winning culinary mastermind with more than 24 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the team at Hyatt Centric Las Olas, he was Executive Chef at Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina. He oversaw five food and beverage outlets, and was on the Food and Beverage Advisory Council for Interstate Hotels and Resorts. Chef McGowan oversees all food and beverage operations at the hotel. His menu features classic American dishes with an international twist, perfectly priming guests for a taste of what Hyatt Centric Las Olas has in store for them.
